We do not issue refunds for Masterclass sessions or courses ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the student is enrolled. 

In case multiple payments are made or the amount is deducted more than once, the student will be granted a refund of the extra amount paid within 7-10 working days. This is subject to verification for which we may ask bank records. In such a case send a mail with the issue to [email protected]

In case where payment has been deducted and it's not reflected in the system, we shall verify your payment and on successful verification, grant access manually in 7-10 working days. In such a case send a mail with the issue to [email protected]
